Save someone to the address book. Adding a name already there updates it rather than making a second card

Arguments

Name	Type	What it is
`name`*	string	The person's name, e.g. "Sarah Chen"
`email`	string	Their email address
`phone`	string	Their phone number
`note`	string	Anything worth remembering about them

Three doors onto the same method. /mcp is what an agent speaks, /api/v1 is what a program speaks, and the answer is identical.
