Swedish electric trucking company Einride has acquired EV charging software startup Flipturn in an all-stock deal worth $38 million, its first acquisition since going public. The deal will expand Einride's charging ecosystem and help it offer customers a vertically integrated package of electric trucks and charging management software as it scales in the U.S. Flipturn's platform monitors charging infrastructure, integrates with solar and storage, and uses data on vehicle battery levels and routes to optimize charging.
